Do you accept returns?

Sorry loves, all sales are final. However, if there is a defect with your order, please contact us so we can remedy that.

Do you ship worldwide?

Unfortunately, our partners at Printful do not ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Cuba, Ecuador, Iran, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Samoa, South Sudan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, or Yemen.

How long do you take to process orders?

In an effort to reduce waste, all of our physical products are ordered and printed on demand, in partnership with Printful. Meaning, our products are created as they are ordered, instead of sitting in a warehouse waiting to be shipped. Fulfillment of these orders takes 2-5 business days. Once printed, shipping may take 3-5 business days. If your order is taking longer that expected, please contact us to help you track your package.

Are all orders shipped together?

Depending on the products you order, some may ship separately due to packaging or production time. If anything you order takes longer than 2 weeks to arrive, please email your order number and missing item to velvetorchidcompany@gmail.com so we can look into your shipment.

What kind of packaging do you offer?

Sustainability is very important to us so we partnered with a company that holds those same beliefs dear. Our partners at Printful offer a variety of packaging that you can learn more about here and here.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Email velvetorchidcompany@gmail.com with your order number and a picture of your damaged product. In the case of damaged shipments, we can either offer a replacement or refund.

My tracking says my order was delivered, but I can't find it. What should I do?

Email your order number to velvetorchidcompany@gmail.com so we can help you find your package.
